英語の勉強 : Bring Peace in Your Mind

ここ数日、夜中になるとインターネットが使えなくなります。

支払っているサービスを使用できない、ということには不満がつのるので

今日は、問い合わせをしてみます!
が、
インターネット漬けになりがちな私たちにとっては、実はそう悪いことではないですね。(笑)
インターネットが使えないときには、持ち物の整理整頓をしたり、本を読んだりすることができます。
今日の音声は、こころを落ち着けるための練習です。
自分自身がストレスを感じやすいこともあり、同じように感じる方々にも、お使いいただけるかと思います。
英語のあとに、同じような内容が日本語で流れます。
今日もよい1日にしましょう。
 

 

First, let’s do some breathing exercise which quickly grounds yourself in the midst of stress as well as anxiety. Let’s take two deep breaths; One in through your nose and out through your month. One more into your nose and out through your mouth. 

Now, just gently seal your lips and allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm, no more deep and no more shallow, just notice the air going in and the air going out, noticing the air flow, in and out.  You can do this for a few moments while noticing your chest rise and fall;  as the air is filling your lungs, your chest rises and when the air is leaving, your chest falls. Again, breathe in and out. 

Under this difficult situation, we need to remember how we feel when we are in a calm state. We do prepare, take proper measures and steps, then, we can let go of our fears and worries. It may seem difficult to do so, especially when we are facing an uncertain future, but we can.

Also, we should not get too panicked by the news we hear through the media. 

We collect the information we need. We should not let the media control us.

It is easy for us to be pulled by the negative, so we need to make time to ground ourselves and bring peace in our heart and mind as well as focusing on the now, here in this moment, not to fret about the future.

After the storm, we will have fine days.

After the dark, we’ll see the light.

Negativity will go away and we’ll be in a better place.

We need to talk to the people around us who are in panic by telling them this will end eventually and it will be all right. We need to show smiles. We have to help each other. We guide each other to the light, and provide love to each other. We’ll be patient and stay healthy both mentaly and physically.
